Who'd a thunk it possible?

And I'm still married too!

Well it's been quite a haul, but a satisfying one to be sure. I want to express my thinks to those who have placed their trust and efforts in the DIY applications I have advocated, and to also express my thanks to the AVS Forum Owners and Moderators who have made it all possible by maintaining a Forum where ideas could come to fruition, and help could be so readily available to those who want...need...and sometimes demand such.

Yee Ha !!! Is there an AVS award for this? If PM messages counted, it would probably be 10,500(from when you helped me build my laminate screen).

PMs?

Lemmie see....right now I have 967 PMs (112 Inbox / 816 Replies) and since I've become a AVS Gold member with a 1000 PM limit, I've dumped at least 5x that "total" amount. If I was to guess at it, I'd say I've responded to at least double my post count...conservatively speaking, since 2002.

Four Keyboards have been retired because the letters have been worn completely off.

Now I'm not complainin' mind you. That's my Wife's job description.

10,000 posts is a milestone that should be recognized for sure. What is most impressive is the average post consisted of at least 750 words (well words and Cajun words ) that means well over 7 million words have been typed or tapped thru a cellular device by MM. The really scary part is I have most likely read 5 million of those words.

MM and I have had our difference of opinion a few times over the years but there is no questioning his commitment to helping each and every newcomer to the forum. For that I will always say job well done my Cajun friend.

Congrats on entering the AVS Hall of fame and looking forward to reading the next 7 million.
