Well be advised that Sintra in the raw can have a slight degree of sheen, and it's raw texture is slightly bumpy...very slight...but there nonetheless.

The generally accepted outlook is that Sintra...being "Sign Board"...needs to be painted to be really acceptable.

You didn't relate the PJ to be used, so nothing to go on there.

I'm running an Epson 5010 from about 13' away on cinema mode.

I was reading the beginner's guide thread and saw the option for making a frame from 1 1/2 inch square aluminum tubing. Think this would be a good option for reinforcing the Sintra? Would it stick well if I roughed up the tubing with sand paper?

I've also read quite a few great threads on adhesives, but can't pull a clear "winner" from the bunch for this application. Any suggestions for something that works well with metal and Sintra?

Thanks again.

Brian

Roughing up metal only works if you REALLY rough it up. Sanding often does the opposite unless the sanding surface is very Coarse.

PowerGrab is good stuff
