Hi,

I am working in very remote locations for the UN (currently Somalia) and one of the things I like to set up in my new accommodation is some sort of basic home cinema system, so I can engage in pure escapism to keep me sane. In South Sudan I have previously made a screen out of black out cloth which I stretched over a wooden frame. This worked well, but for the next screen I'd like a material that is better suited to wipe down and clean. I found this material on Ebay.

Does anyone have any experience using PVC as screen material. What is the quality like and does it have to be stretched (I imagine it is heavier). What would the recommended frame or hanging device be? The less material and work needed the better. I am planning on using all the 100" for the screen.

I am by no means an expert and this is only my second attempt, so pardon me if the questions are somewhat dumb.

Thanks in advance
