And everyone should be aware that I have in no way made any attempt to calibrate the Panny to the SF screen. The image is strictly "Out of the Box". That should pretty much show that the screen itself is not "pushing" nor crushing anything.

These images are "Darbee-ized" examples, with the Darbee set to "HD" @ 60% processing.

Bruce in the Morning.......

"Gimme Da Cash !"

"Ya gotta push the button to load it..."

The Cat loves Ruby Rhod... Now that's a White cat.....

Leeloo sheds a Tear...

And lastly....most all the images so far cannot show the actual size of the 143" 2.39:1 screen as referenced against something, so here is a familiar pose, one that was last done at VESTA 2005 with a similarly sized 16:9 RS-MaxxMudd (...the very first one actually...)

All images were taken in the highest degree of Room Lighting available.

I have my darbee set to 100 on "pop" RED button option for 3d as need all the help can get for 3D. smile.gif

Next on my list is which paint to go for that doesn't light up my grey walls/white ceiling/light wood floors and cream wardrobes with 2 glass panels room so much like the white pvc screen I've got rightnow.

Bedroom first, cinema room last. Not my choice frown.gif

Wow.....21 days later..... ( almost apocalyptic sounding eek.gif )

Today is the last day of the Show. 180 hours on the Panny (...and my feet...) later and I can state that it's been an irrevocable success. Close to 31,000 people have trooped in (...the Carpet certainly shows that....) and it's no stretch nor overstatement that they all...everyone, were amazed at the brightness and clarity of the image, it's ability to appear unaffected as the lights on / off cycle was shown, and last but certainly not least, the utter disbelieving gapes that I experienced when they were told they were looking at painted Drywall. I loved telling then I needed no "Do Not Touch" sign like the other Theater screens sported, and even more so, letting them rap their knuckles on the Center of the screen. tongue.gif

I'm posting up what will be among the last of the Screen shots taken yesterday of this example. Yesterday I viewed OZ, The G&P for the first time and wound up running through it 2x consecutively. It's highly recommend...right up there with Pacific Rim as far as "over the top" colors and detail.

I will be glad to have the show come to a end....it's not an easy task to man a Show 9 hours a day, 6 day as week. But just like to enjoy contributing to this Forum, I also enjoy making people aware how great and inexpensive excellent Big Screen viewing can be.

First....., Owls.

photo Image23d_zps4e214b89.jpg

photo Image20d_zpsedc1ff8a.jpg

OK...that's it. Any requests, make 'em now because after today, I'm outta there!
........well at least for a little while. wink.gif
