Here's my setup first:
around a 20' throw length
2 rows of three chairs at 13' and 19'
120" diag. screen (hopefully)
Right now I'm using blackout cloth--I'm not too impressed. However, my previous thread brought to my attention that you could buy screen material for a lot cheaper than the screen itself. Question is, which one? The one that seems to universally liked it the draper m1300, which either has a 1.0 or 1.3 gain (I've seen both quoted, I don't think anyone is sure). It also doesn't seem to bad cost wise. My main concerns are colors and to a degree brightness--black level is only a secondary concern. I also saw the m2500, but it seems like it can have quality problems. Is there anything else people would recommend? Or personal experiences with the m1300? Thanks. Basically only have one shot at this, so I want to make the right decision.
