Brother just bought an HD70 and we are using a 6mm(1/4") 5' x 10' piece of white Sintra. We are cutting it down to 98" x 58" for a 106" screen with 3" border built in.

We can either just adhere some felt/velvet directly to the board, or we may use some window molding wrapped or painted. My questions is for those using molding, how are you attaching the molding to the board? Also, if you are building a back frame....say with 1x3's, how are you attaching that to the board as well??

We don't have the board yet so I don't know how stiff it is by we even need to build a 1x3 frame??? Also, what is the easiest method to hang the board, either by itself if frame not needed or with 1x3 frame??

Thanks in advance. This is our first projector and first DIY screen!! :)
