Maybe because the image I showed was of the stereo, not multichannel, DVD-A track?

and less experimental / new wave.
Brian Eno produced the prior 2 albums, Remain in Light and Fear of Music.
He went on to produce U2. I think the Heads went on to judicial court

You can use expander to reverse compression. But you will loose resolution. Do you want to hear sound with wide dynamic range, but only 8 bits of resolution?
