I ripped a blu ray onto my computer. I used Tsmuxer to separate the video and audio, but the audio is only in TrueHD format. My video conversion software does not support TrueHD.

I converted the TrueHD into AAC using AVS audio converter. I combined AAC audio with the AVCHD using Tsumuxer (.m2ts). Now, when I play it in a variety of players it plays fine. However, when I stream the .m2ts directly to my PS3, there is no sound and when I try to open the file in AVS video converter, I get a file format error.

What am I doing wrong?

Why convert TrueHD to AAC when the disc has a Dolby Digital track already on there?

Try using HDBRStream Extractor to convert from THD to AC3, AAC, etc..

I always use the Free Music Converter for conversion of audio formats. I think this is what you need to solve your problem.
