That's a nice Marantz set-up there. I've played around with that SACD/CD player at BestBuy/Magnolia a while back. What speakers are you using? Bowers & Wilkins?
Marantz??? Suggest you look at that pic again.

Don't forget, Riding with the King is also available on DVD-A (5.1). You should be able to find a good used copy at a reasonable price.

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

Everyone needs a little Chuck.

I'm using Martin Logan speakers.

Thanks for the tip. I'm always up for saving a buck.

Well, after more thought I decided to order the Sly SACD. And it arrived today.

Been there done that . The AV8002A is a very nice prepro and one I've looked at more than once.

Just bought:

Rolling Stones - Sweet Summer Sun/Hyde Park Live (2 DVD, Blu-ray and 2 CD) sealed from eBay for $19.99 shipped (cut through barcode). For my daughter as she's a HUGE Stones fan !

Welcome to the 8802A club. Make a drink, put your feet up and enjoy.

Concerning Eric Clapton/B.B King: Riding With The King.

I was suggesting the DVD-Audio as it's in 5.1. The Audio Fidelity disc would be stereo. Everything sounds better in surround (IMO)

There're probably about the same price with the DVD-Audio being used vs. the AF being new.

I reject your reality and substitute my own.
