Tell me about it. jbrown15's mains are JTR 228HT's and his subwoofers make them look like Orbs, which means those cabinets have to be massive!

If you take yourself too seriously expect me to do the exact opposite

Yes, unfortunately its just what I have to work with. The post that's to the left of the speaker is the exact width of my AT screen, so my speaker would have to be either on the inside of that post or on the outside of the post. The picture is a little deceiving because the subs are so big, its actually just over 9' from the left speaker to the right speaker.

Well.....I always liked the BK Whooper, but then the Double Whooper became available I loved it!

I'm now thinking of doubling down due to Atmos......

Visualize a double stack of these!

Do you have a pic of the equipment rack? I really like how the PS3 is mounted.

Here is a blurry pic of my Mid-Atlantic Rack, sorry there is a hole in that faceplate from where I just sold my Xbox360.

Which Mid-Atlantic rack is that and where did you get the faceplates?

Now that's a lot of bass! How do the dual Rythmik's stack up to that beastly looking Marty?

Oppo BDP103, Sony 70" LED, Definitive Technology Mythos STS Towers, Definitive Technology Mythos 9's x3, Pioneer SC-1523-K, Furman Elite 15, Harmony Ultimate Hub and Rythmik FV15HP.

The bigger question is how does the flatscreen not get blown right off the top of that center?

BTW; nice speaker stands...

They do very well. The fv15hp is a very impressive woofer for the price. I haven't had a chance to do much meassuring but I'd say there pretty close above 30hz with a the Marty having maybe a couple db advantage. From 20-30hz the Marty hands down out performs the fvs. And below 20hz they Marty slaughters the fvs. Imean you would prolly need like 6 fvs to match the marty below 20 lol

I will say that tomy ears the fv is a little more derailed or musical then my Marty is but like I said I haven't a lot of time to tune the Marty.

When I run yapo I gain about 6dbs going from a single fv to duals then I get another 5 on top of that adding the Marty to the equation

It is more difficult to color match wood veneer finishes, especially when the subs and the loudspeakers are from different manufacturers.
