I have a definitive technology supercube 1. The sub light is on so it has power but it just stopped working. It is connected to a Yamaha Av model # RX-V663
Any suggestions as to cause or tips on what to check would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone

I have the same problem here. Did you ever find a resolution?

I have similar problem with SC1 connected to the LFE of AVR4308CI. However, I can feel/hear the bass if I listen to x.1 (5.1) recorded format CD/DVD, or movie. Any suggestion/help is greatly appreciated.

Updates: I figured it out! On the receiver, select "LFE + Main".
