Out of those choices I would still go with the cadence as the best all around sub for movies and music. I have heard the Lava and it's a fine sub for the money though it is $200 cheaper. While it has great SQ, I doubt it would have the output and deep bass of the CSX-15. If you like hiphop or dance music, you may also like the bass boost feature of the Cadence.
