This sums is up pretty well:

Personally, I don't think dual T-18s are overkill in that size space since I have duals in a ~5000^3 room and just added a S3000 nearfield (and am considering another S3000).

Good to know! I know I will have to test them out in my living room. I am sure the WAF will be low on that haha

I think EVERYONE needs a V3600i. Maybe even two. And you're right, they are a sexy subwoofer.

Get out a broom and dust pan because your Klipsch is going to be nothing but a pile of dust once the V3600 gets done with it.

Phil1975m that sub looks awesome! I'm sure you're going to be rocking that beast in your setup for many years to come!

Tom, thanks for info on the RSW-15, it was a good read.

Just for a little reference, I did some rough measuring in my garage and the dimensions are 32x30x12. 12' being the highest point with the vaulted ceiling. I think this will probably be the biggest area I ever have my setup in. Once my wife and I get out of Cali and have our own place again, it'll be in a dedicated yet smaller room.

That picture is just great!

The V3600i would be a match made in heaven for this room environment. We have an office demo in the outlet center at 1749...just saying...

Quick question Tom, do you have a new v3600i in stock, or are they build to order?

Everything is in stock right now except the new tower speakers and the new T-18ht. Both of these should be shipping this week. A new V3600i order would ship same day if you ordered by 1-2pm Eastern. Otherwise next business day.

Well, I did it. Tom had a B Stock S3000 that I just couldn't resist.

I got my XV15SE last Thursday. It should have been Wednesday, but FedEx screwed me - the wife was home all day, went out at lunch to check mail and found a "failed delivery attempt" sticker on the door. I'm guessing he didn't feel like unloading and and thought the guy working the next day wouldn't mind. Unfortunately, been sick ever since, so I really haven't got to play with it. Got it set up and ran Audyssey, but felt so rotten that I didn't really listen to it yet, minus a few BluRay clips. It was listed as "B" stock for a scratch on the amp, but if there is a blemish, my glasses might need to be adjusted.

Sorry to hear you don't feel well and it's kept you from playing with your new toy. I have an XV15se and I love it.

Tom and Jim are really great, if they find a blemish (using an electron microscope) that's completely invisible to the naked eye they will still put it in B-Stock. PSA has the best customer service I've ever seen anywhere.

Enjoy your new sub.

Heh cviper,

I missed your point that you were after the V3600i not S3600i.So sorry for random post.

As for my sub, can't get enough of it completely rocks and more.

Still playing with room size control too see what works best. Also trying to get my head around REW, so I can improve the bass further.
Even considering a stand alone DIRAC unit to take my PSA set up to the next level.

Hello my favorite buds, sorry for not updating, still in the hospital with more complications than originally thought.

I'm trying to stay positive and follow this thread, it gets difficult to do so though. Keep up the good chatter as I'm trying to keep up with at least reading your posts and feeling all the joy you guys put out, it really is a little dart to my heart.

Thank you all so much for the well wishes and for keeping me in your thoughts, I'm there with you, count on it. I might not post much but I can hear and feel you.................You guys know who you are and what you mean to me.........

Sorry to hear you are still in the hospital Jeff. Keep fighting and keep up the positive attitude…that can do more for your health than even the best meds. We will hold down the fort until you get back.

Hospitals just suck and you can't take your HT system with you.

As a former administrator at a large academic medical center get the heck out of there as soon as you can Jeff. It's amazing what you can pick up in that environment when it comes to bugs and infections. Plus with the continuous need to cut expenses to remain profitable due to lower reimbursements from insurers, every hospital is doing more with less, so you really need a family member around 24/7 to help make sure you're taken care of. Best of luck my friend. Keep us posted as you improve, the PSA family will accept nothing but you getting better and helping keep Tom in business
