Have you called them? Mine went out on my VTF3 MK2, and I sent my amp on 12/9 and got it back today.
I will say dealing with Pete and (shoot, cant remember the tech's name I talked to) was pleasurable. So helpful, understanding, and plain old nice. As another poster mentioned, it was $140 shipped for my amp repair.
