Im pretty sure i will pull the trigger today and get the rw12d from newegg for 299. i see a lot of people have been buying at this price. my question is should i pay extra for the 1, 2, or 3 year warranty.
or take the 299 deal with free shipping?

If I were you I would not. Subwoofers tend to be more resilient to damage/failure than other speakers, with proper care obviously. How much are they asking for the EW?

Its already a 2 year warranty and usually if anything happens to anything electronic it will be in the first year. Instead of paying for an EW pay with a credit card that will double the manufacturers warranty for free. Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX offer that IIRC.

Congrats! I have the Yammy RX-V663 that I got for less than $250 a few years back and it has served me well. There should be deals coming up between now and the SB I would think. I would just google them every day to see if there are any deals to be had. Too bad Bing doesnt do the cash back anymore.
