It cost two to three times as much. There are much better subs than the SC8000 for the money. You pay a lot for that small size.

Spent so many hours contemplating which subwoofer to get....Now that the Rythmik LV12R and the LFM-1 EX are the same price I have no idea which to choose!

Haha.....I didn't even realize that this thread was so old!

I was going to buy the Rythmik and just saw that the Outlaw is on sale.  A last minute curveball always seems to happen :)

I'm not sure if I'm actually leaning one way or the other.  I'm a little concerned about the "chuffing" and the build quality of the Outlaw.

Everything I've read about the Rythmik has been great, but not sure it will be powerful enough

Rhythmic makes great subs. I would probably swing that way.
