I am looking at upgrading my current sub(Klipsch RW-12). I am leaning toward the SVS PB12 Plus. My receiver is an Onkyo TX-NR709, Audyssey MultEQ XT(to my knowledge) cannot adjust the 2 subs separately. Would it be a good idea for me to use these subs together, or would I be better off getting rid of the RW-12 and using only the PB12+?

Their specs are so different--it'll be better to re-purpose the 12D to a different system.
