Just curious if the Outlaw LFM-1 series sub are designed by Hsu? They sure look very similar to the Hsu Vtf2.4.

Yes, at least the first LFM-1 was partially (or perhaps mostly) a design by Dr. Hsu. I have no idea if his input was also used for the Plus and EX updates.

It used to say they were right on the webpage. It did when I bought mine 2 years ago.

I wonder how many companies have consulted with Dr. Hsu on speaker/subwoofer designs??? I have BIC Acoustech Platinum Series speakers and Dr. Hsu helped design those too.

How much of a kick back is Dr. Hsu getting from these other companies??? Outlaw Audio is a direct subwoofer competitor with Hsu and BIC Acoustech/BIC Formula are competitors of Hsu horn speakers.
