I have a Seaton Sound SubMersive HP subwoofer with 2400 watts and Dual opposed, 15" sealed subwoofer. It is hooked up to an Integra DHC 80.3 pre/pro and is used primarily for movies.

Here is my noob rendering of the theather room.

I am unsure where exactly to put the subwoofer for optimal results and would appreciate any input or areas to try out.

Thank you in advance, I look forward to your replies.

Is that a door near the Screen? If yes, I'd place it near my seating position, in a corner behind. Best way is to do a subwoofer crawl (youtube this or google), to find the ideal spot for yourself, but a nearfield placement should be good in your room.

That is a door near the screen. Another thing, there is actually enough room below the screen to fit the SubMersive without getting in the way of the picture. The speakers also are under the screen which in reality is pretty lame since the listening position is considerably higher. The risers go up about 16 inches each so the speakers are very far off from being at ear level.
