Hey guys, I consulted you guys on here a few years ago and ended up getting some AV123 rockets, which I love, and a mfw-15 which gave me problems about the time av123 went tits up. I've googled "mfw replacement amp" and it takes me to seaton-sound-forums but they are non responsive.

Does anyone know of a fairly easy way to replace the amp? Right now I've got a very heavy paper weight and no bass.

For the last couple of years I had a V3 amp available. Unfortunately parts have run out and it is no longer available.

Steve has a V2 that he can sell to you see this post.: http://www.avsforum.com/t/1250559/new-mfw-15-amps-may-2010-pics/2310#post_22125585

You are welcome!

If that does not work out you are welcome to contact me for external amp options.

Oh and by the way Steve is a great guy!

Thank you Steve for giving me the gift of BASS!

My new amp sounds awesome. Smooth transaction and even went out of his way to make sure my connections from my old version one amp fit the version 2 amp "plug and play"

Thanks again!

Hi .. wondering how easy or hard it is to repair the MFW-15 sub ... been looking to buy one used but wondering if it could become a paperweight .. odd thing is I actually found Goug Goldberg trying to sell one about 2 years ago. Then he decided not to.. (Craigslist)

What's your verdict .. would you buy??

yes

I've heard the MFW-15 turbo setup in pairs and was very impressed wtth the sound, and look of the cabs. The cabs alone are georgeous!
