Ok i am always curious about this:

Suppose u had some monster floor standing speakers with 12-15" woofers for fronts that can possibly go down to say 30-35hz : what is the best/correct crossover setting to set in a 5.1 speaker configuration? I am curious about if

A. You set just slightly higher than the speaker that can play lowest in the configuration i.e 40-50hz?
B. You set just slightly higher than the speaker than has the worst low end (rear/surround speakers) in the configuration i.e 80-120 hz?
C. Just set to 80hz, don't over analyse and call it a day?

How much does A-C matter if a set up is about 50/50 music/movies?
