Can I use any subwoofer amplifier to power the butt-kickers? Or am I forced to use the amps specifically designed to work with the butt-kickers?

Can you guys recommend me an amp for my Buttkicker concert mini? Im seriously lost here and I need some advice. Thanks in advance.

A sub amp would work. The advantage of the buttkicker amps is that it has a built in filter for cutting off bass above a given frequency. Parts Express sells FMOD's that do the same thing for relatively cheap if you wish to incorporate a Low Pass Filter, although not variable. The buttkicker you are referrencing is spec'ed to take 50-250 watts (2ohm) per the manufacturer.
