in my non ported box when i push on the cone it is rough and inelastic, but when i unscrewed it from my box it was perfect and plyable when i push on the cone. does anyone know what this issue can be or know how to fix it? thanks

Not sure what you mean by "rough" and inelastic, Sealed boxes does not let the air out, so there is pressure buildup from the inside when you push it...

Check, if there is foam or wire hitting the cone from the inside

if it sounds good then theres nothing to worry about
