Guess all those great deals we got weren't so great for them. Article is here. It's chapter 11 not 7, so they'll still be in business.

Wow, They really did have some of the best deals on AV gear. I was able to get my Jamo dipole surrounds from them for $80 shipped a pair! eek.gif I hope they stay in buisness

Thus far it appears as though they will, because it's only chapter 11 (reorganization). But a lot can happen between now and when they're supposed to exit bankruptcy, so anything is possible.

It took me about 2 years to get my Mirage speaker setup which would of cost me about $7,000, but waiting patiently for the complete set to show up one speaker at a time on the the open box items, i only paid about $1600! eek.gif
Never had a return due to a defective product.

Chapter 11 bankruptcy is reorganization, so they should continue to operate as though nothing has happened. Some creditors will run into an issue, but customers should be fine.
