That's far too vague a question. Do you have something to ask more specific? The answer to your question above would be "Somewhere that sells audio equipment".

Yeah I'm a college student, not a damn millionaire...
But idk I just want a relatively inexpensive system that would sound good. What do you guys suggest and such? Basically how the other guy responded just more realistic haha

What's your budget? Until that's established, it's very difficult for anyone to provide meaningful feedback

Might be a little over your budget:

Dayton Audio SUB-1200

Pioneer SP-FS51-LR Floorstanding Speakers Pair ($80 off w/ promo code EMCJNNH94)
OR
Pioneer SP-BS41-LR ($65 off w/ promo code EMCJNNE72)

Onkyo HT-RC330
Although you might have better luck on your local Craigslist for a good used receiver.

If your budget is that tight, buy some used gear off of CL in your area. I just browsed the Orange County listings and saw this..http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/ele/3262365770.html.

Looks like a fair deal to me. If you want to make a few bucks for a sub, place a wager on Oregon to win on November 3...if you make enough, you might consider putting this in your dorm http://orangecounty.craigslist.org/ele/3272916725.html
