Hi, my Bic F12 sub has been working perfectly. I recently moved so I unhooked it, packed in original box and packing and it was carefully loaded onto moving truck by professional moving company It was unloaded, unpacked and hooked back up. All of a sudden I get no sound. All speakers work except Sub. I get green power light. Checked fuse and it looks ok (not fried looking, burnt, or broken). Checked connections, and receiver settings. What could be the problem

Only settings on back are volume, phase and crossover frequency. Volume is at 10, crossover is at 80 which matches receiver phase at 0 which is default

I know it's way to much for listening. I just turned it up max to try to trigger it to come on in case it was sleep or something. I don't use it at 10. I have a Pioneer 1120-K receiver. I should also mention, the receiver doesn't recognize the sub when donig Auto MCACC configuration and test tones. It goes through all speaker tests fine, but no sound when testing sub.
