I too love those pictures. I did magic mushrooms back in the 70s and while very pleasant I don't think I would do critical work while under their influence. Audiophilia seems to have a hallucinatory component what with the ability to perceive the inaudible.

Love that pic Bill. I just sent it over to the salesman I buy gear from at a nearby B&M.

He's a good guy and has finally given up on trying to sell me high end interconnects and power cables but we always end up having a good natured discussion of their "benefits". To his credit, he's loaned me to take a few home to test with no deposit or commitment and hasn't complained when I returned them for the obvious reason. They do look nice but when I want to impress visitors with expensive cables, it's still cheaper to wrap my BJC cables in $20 bills tongue.gif

Expensive cables are to good sound as Bernie Madoff is to wise investment strategy. wink.gif
I know that salesman is only trying to make a living, but there are more honest ways to do it. In a perfect world the shysters who make that stuff would be sharing a cell block with Bernie.

I maybe able to get the White Night Power cord sooner than I anticipated. Once I get it I will keep you guys updated with the results. I will do review of the product with 100+ pics and a video. Have your fast internet connection ready. It will go into the Audioengine A2 speaker setup and the sub. Stay tuned...

Nobody here cares about how you waste money. All the science goes against everything you say. I will take psilocybin over a fancy looking cable with no sonic benefit any day.biggrin.gif I think you are looking for the What's Best Forum.rolleyes.gif

You will find lots of believers there. While there are a few rational posters, most are science bigots: they use science if they think it supports their position but totally dismiss it if it does not!
