Not sure about a mile but I would definitely get the Outlaw over the 200 if you're sure it hasn't been abused.

I have the outlaw lfm 1 plus. And its an awesome sub. I would pick that one up. Hopefully you can listen to it before you buy.

I ask because I had a sonance the sub 12 that I did not care for but it's not like I know what to look for just what sounds good to me.
