OP here -

OK, so I experimented and so far I don't like the results I'm getting with the additional subs - the dual XS15s just sound better by themselves. When I add in the Velos, it just "muddies" it up.

I may try again after I get a mic and REW. Any recommendations on a mic?

AVR: DENON 2113ci
FL/R: Klipschorn
CC: Klipsch RC64ii
SUR: Polk LS F/X x 4
SUB: PSA XS15 x 4 (Soon to be replaced with dual T-18s!)
DISP: Mitsubishi WD-73740

To make things easy with REW, this one or this one:
http://www.minidsp.com/products/acoustic-measurement/umik-1
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=390-808

Neither one ship until the end of the month as they are backordered, but both are pretty much plug and play. Otherwise it is not as easy to get up and running with REW but there are other mics out there that you can integrate with your soundcard and get working. I know you can even use the Audyssey mic but you will need to read up on how to get it working.
