Hsu makes two the VTF-15H and the ULS-15

Rythmik also makes a number of 15" subs you should consider. But there is a lot more to a sub than the size of the woofer. What is the size of your room and your budget?

Lots of companies do. Klipsch, Funk Audio, Velodyne, Paradigm, Triad, just to name a few. It is a very common driver size.
