Unit does not come on. Power light on front is off. Is this sub woofer worth repair? If so, where?

I have two F1500s that I bought in 1994. They both recently had issues - one turned out to be the voltage regulator, which I haven't had fixed yet. But, the other had the same symptoms as yours (wouldn't turn on) and I replaced the amp modules and now it's working like new again. Worth a shot for under $20 for parts.
