Hello all,

If I have a Denon AVR-e400 and two Klipsch Reference RW-12D's, could I set it up with one y-splitter (1xmale\2xfemale) connected to the sub pre-out and then two more to go from each sub's line in to connect to the AVR?

Simulating one sub:
So from AVR sub pre-out using this to this to this to the line in on one of the subs?

Would this work? Would quality suffer?

p.s. not using these particular brands of cable either. Just using as a reference. Pardon my ignorance as well

Thank you! smile.gif

yes because you do not have l/r out put from avr
I have allot of subs using y splitters going just into one cable to one jack of the sub.
maybe some fancy avr has l/r sub out put then you could use two subs one for each channel that would be cool.
so maybe the l/r input is so you can put both channels into one with out needing a y
I think the input jacks must y together but I have not been in this hobby long
