Hey gang.

I'm running Klipsch Reference RF-62 II's with the 52 centre & 42 surrounds. HK AVR 1700 Reciever.

This is a new setup, and I'm wondering if I'm doing myself a disservice by running this sub I've had for quite some time?

It must be 10 years old, but it's in perfect condition - I've owned it since new.

Should I upgrade? Keep using what I have?

Room is only 15x20, or so.

Thanks in advance!

Add the sub to your system and calibrate. If you like how things sound, keep running the sub; else, consider replacing it. smile.gif

agreed with eljay, the pdr12 is a decent sub, keep it if your happy. the only thing it may need is new surround...the older paradigm stuff is notorious for rotting surrounds. I recently fixed a pdr10 we picked up cheap from a speaker repair shop. mated it with 4 bose 301 bookshelfs for a touch tunes jukebox install and it rocks.
