i am thinking my amp is starting to give out what do you guys think i should do ?
replace the amp with another deff tech amp or take the old amp out and close the box and get a new stronger amp for it
or just go the diy route

Popping usually indicates that the amp is out of headroom or the driver has reached its excursion limit. In both cases it means you have exceeded what one sub can give. Add another.
