Hi there,

Request your assistance please. I'm going to pick up a budget sub, and have the following opportunities:

- Klipsch RPW-10 for $125 (new in box)
- Polk PSW-250 for $50 (used, good condition)

Unfortunately, money is a factor...but both of these sounds like good deals on older budget equip. It will be in a big room, background music playing from ceiling speakers...just need some low end to fill out the sound. I'm leaning toward the RPW-10.

Thank you for your time.

Out of those 2 I would go for the Klipsch.

Klipsch RPW-10:
- 10" driver
- 200W (continuous) amp
- 35-120Hz +/-3dB

Polk PSW-250
- 8" driver
- 50W (continuous) amp
- 40-160Hz +/-3dB

Definitely the Klipsch. Especially for $125, new-in-box (which, I assume, means it has warranty).

Thanks for the replies. I went for the Klipsch, but before I could pick it up, he sold it to someone else for more $. I picked up the Polk, and it suits my needs just fine. Thanks!
