Has anyone had one and the not used it. Would I be better off without it. I got it mostly for the sub sonic filter but now have three subs and can. Run without the sub sonic filter. Plus I have no sub eq in my reciever. But when I tweek the eq2 and then run sweeps nothing seems to change for thw better. What do you guys think.thanks

which eq do you have? What kind of gains are you applying i.e. +/- how many dBs?

It is aelemental designs eq2 just a 2 band eq I boost it at 25 Hz by about 3 db and at about. 60 Hz about 2 db but I have tried many variations and even just when testing gone as far as 6-8 + db. It could be my room but it just doesn't seem to change much.

Try changing the sub location. You may be experiencing nulls or dips at those frequencies wrt your MLP
