Used to have an F110, and loved it! Had it in a 10x14 room.

Moving to a 15x14 room and upgrading to a F113. How much more output are you getting? Is there really that much difference??

***NOT ASKING about changing to a ID sub, a DIY or ANYTHING ELSE, SO DO NOT MENTION!***

"Is there really that much difference?".

YES

There is also a huge thread about the Fathom(s), right here on the Forum.

Are you crazy???!?!11! SVS, seaton, JTR......bang for the buck!!!! DIY!!!!

Now that that's out of the way....yes the F113 definitely has decibels more output throughout the whole range. There is definitely more low frequency extension as well. Maybe down to something like 16hz. Even when comparing to an F112 the difference can be noticeable. I used to have a couple 113s in a 6100 cubic foot room (and a pair of 112s for like a week) and for a small subwoofer the output was incredible. As long as you don't have 20 foot ceilings you will definitely be happy with that 113.

Around 3db is a noticeable increase in volume.
