Hey everyone,

I ordered the BIC America F12 12-Inch 475-Watt Front Firing Powered Subwoofer from Amazon and received it yesterday (first item of my new home theater set so not able to test the actual sound of it). I took it out of the box and noticed that if you tilt it from side to side there is something that rattles inside of it like a screw or something that came undone and is sliding across the laminate inside. I was wondering if this is normal or something that should be replaced.

This is exactly what I am hearing:

Thanks!

I doubt if it's normal.

It's not difficult to take off the plate amp and have a peek inside.
