What are your opinions on this sub?

I'm looking for reviews from people who have actually heard this baby in action, not people who read about it and automatically assume it's junk. I've read reviews which I would say are 80% positive but want your inputs.

Guitar Center employees say it's a great sub, but they didn't have it in store for me to hear.

If you want one for it's intended usage, pro-sound, it's OK for entry level. It's not suitable for HT.

Precise reproduction of ultra-low frequencies (35 – 150 Hz) for "bulletproof" punch and impact

With those numbers taken from berry website, it will be a terrible purchase for HT use. The real deal in HT is 30Hz and below.
