Audyssey defaults it around 40Hz for some speakers, but that's a no go since the Ascends only go down to 45Hz. I knw 80Hz is the THX default, but would leaving as much bass to the LV12R as possible (100Hz) be best, as it (possibly) has superior bass than the Ascends, what with its direct servo technology and all?

Since room interaction with your speakers/sub can affect which would work better for you, use whichever of 80hz or 100hz sounds best to you smile.gif

Ok...
Sadly, I think most of my room is a null, possibly because there are these 2 closets on one wall, and the room widely opens up into an adjacent room. Hopefully a 2nd sub will fix it.
