Watching Pacific Rim -10 and the the bass is going nuts. Nothing really super deep yet, but bass just hitting on every step or every door closing etc.. Awesome. Reminds me allot of Transformers DOTM. Non stop bass.

I take it the Triax was in the garage... Was that after you hooked it up or did the weight of the Triax do that to your foundation?

Not at this point, I will leave that for someone else. I am sure someone will do that at some point this week. I just have so much work to catch up on, not to mention on top of the excitement of the new subs and getting them set up.

Ah your time will come. I was without subs for quite a few days, I was actually going nuts. Sub with drawl is horrible. I could never enjoy another movie ever again without quality subs. I took two weeks off to get some of my work done and play with my system and enjoy it for once.

Here is a little something for you, I turned the volume down because all the windows are open and it is really loud in here. I notched the Denon down to -41 and the bass is still pounding quite a bit. The subs gots some power man.

It is worth it man. Please just get one. Two Triax's with the Trinity in the rear eek.gifeek.gif That will be insane. The bass from the Triax's is very smooth, but yet just a great big deep punch when they hit the ULF, they are performing very nice in my room, not allot of rattles or squeaks going on like some of my other subs. I don't hesitate anymore when getting subs, I just get two or I don't get em. I just say if it is going to bug you, just order another, you cannot go wrong, IMO the Trinity sub is not going to hang with the Triax. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it. Again, I think you would be best suited with dual Triax;s up front ant the Trinity behind your couch.

Red is my Favorite color if you cant tell. I would love a bright red C7 Sting Ray. Ok back to Triax talk now!!

I don't hesitate anymore when getting subs, I just get two or I don't em. I just say if it is going to bug you, just order another, you cannot go wrong, IMO the Trinity sub is not going to hang with the Triax. I could be wrong, but I just don't see it. Again, I think you would be best suited with dual Triax;s up front ant the Trinity behind your couch.

Thanks for the info, thats actually a real good idea! Im thinking of 2 possible road bumps though. #1 my bedroom, i believe is feeding off the same 15 amp breaker. #2 i might need to upgrade my surrounds to something with a higher speaker sensitivity. Im curious to how your triaxs will read on a sound meter, how many square feet is your room?
