Just got my new sw115 and hooked it up the same way as my old klipsch sub to my denon 791. Everything worked until I switched subs, now neither sub will work.

Avr sub yes, power on not on auto, plugged into sub out and left on the sub. No sound whatsoever from either sub if I swap them. What do I do? Please help!!!

Do you have another receiver or an mp3 player to test the subs?

Yes but this thing is 75 lbs I can't cart it around the house.

Using iPod music plays fine.

Is there power to the subs? did you disconnect the sub cable from the AVR? retrace your steps and see if you missed anything.
