SVS PB1000. If it is not in the budget, I would save money until it was. Anything less than that is too much of a compromise imo.

If you're definitely unable to go higher on the budget, I'd say check out the nxg nx-bas-500. They were out of stock for awhile, but are trickling back in now.

Signs: Nice little theater you have there! I agree with rrskda, the nx-bas-500 is probably the best in that price range if you live in the U.S. Otherwise, shipping and other charges eat up the budget.

Your screen is crooked.

Other than that, with such a nice theater, I would try and save for a sub to match. The sub has the greatest impact (pun intended) in the system. It really adds a lot to both music and movies, especially movies.

At a minimum you should get nothing less than a PB1000.

Klipsch RF-62II, RC-500, RS-400, SVS PC12+,
Def Tech SC8000
Harman Kardon AVR 1600
PS3, Apple TV, Sharp 70" Qattron

I had a little play around last night and took my Kef 3005 sub from the lounge into the cinema room , although it sounds good in the lounge(lounge is bigger ) it seemed a little lost in the cinema room (i thought it would be better than the PSW )

I've decided to up my budget to say £500/$850

any recommendations in this bracket would be appreciated

cheers

Rob

Ha. Well in the price range you quoted, the PB-2000 seems like a decent option, no?
