My Sub died last night ... help?

Hi all,

So I just moved, setting up my system to my new TV/Receiver and my subwoofer has blown 2 fuses in a row. So I guess it is time for a new sub (x2)

My current one was a Cambridge Soundworks P200. My receiver is a Denon X2100, so I was going to with dual matching subwoofers. The room is a 24x20 carpeted rectangle with a 9-12 foot tray ceiling.

I was looking at maybe the BIC AMERICA Eviction Series RTR-EV1200 , Acoustic Audio HD-SUB12 or BIC America F12. Or any other suggestions you may have. I am hoping to get it from Amazon and order today for delivery tomorrow.

Thank you very much for the help!

The NXG 500 is probably as low as I would go for a sub. Any chance of spending more on say the Outlaw LFM-Plus?

You don't need a new sub. You need a new plate amp. You can find a broad assortment of them at Parts Express.

I did not see that one on Amazon. I could also do a BIC PL-200 price range. I could get one and get a second one later.

Are you only limited to spending your money on Amazon?

Outlaw LFM-1 Plus is $499 right now and it on sale till the end of the day.

Bic PL-200 is a bit over priced on Amazon as you can make this Bic PL-200 retailer a bestoffer of $280 and he'll take it.

But if you are $500 Amazon limited look at the SVS PB-1000

I was looking at Amazon because I could overnight it to me pretty cheap (prime).

The Outlaw mentions a wireless solution (kit). How does that work? Can you get kits of all subwoofers rather than use a cable?

Yes their wireless kits can be used with any subwoofer.

There might be cheaper options though. http://www.parts-express.com/dayton-...ofers--300-580

I have no experience with the wireless speaker/subwoofer set-ups though
