Question NEED HELP: Recommendation for Sub with new setup under $300

Front Left and Right Speakers : Polk Audio RC85i 2-Way In-Wall Speakers
Center Speaker: Polk Audio Blackstone TL2 or TL3 (Haven't decided leaning toward TL3)
Receiver: Yamaha RX-V675 or Denon AVR-X2000 (Still deciding leaning toward X2000)
Budget : Under $300 (But the cheaper the better)

Looking for help in finding best subwoofer for my setup. Replace my old Onkyo HTIB with a new setup. I recently purchased and installed Polk Audio RC85i 2-Way In-Wall Speakers for front left and right front speakers. Looking to purchase Polk Audio TL3 for Center Channel Speaker (unless someone can suggest something better for around same price $200 or less)
Still trying to figure out what the LFE and Dobly Digital on Subs is, Any help is much appreciated.

Was considering this one which is higly rated:
http://www.amazon.com/Polk-Audio-10-...ords=subwoofer
or this one
http://www.amazon.com/BIC-America-F1...zg_bs_172568_2

I'd recommend getting a cheaper receiver, like the Denon X1000, and put that savings into getting a real sub like the SVS PB1000. You will have a far better sounding system.

Out of your 2 choices though, the BIC F12 is far better. The PSW10 is just awful. It has no right to be called a subwoofer.

Wow looks like a great sub for the price, wonder if I'd be ok with just one

EDIT: No free shipping on the sub adds another $18 leaning toward the BIC F12 for little bit more
Dayton: $147.92
Bic F12: $184.22 (Difference $36)

One Question how do I connect say a Bic Formula F-12 or Polk PSW505 other than single RCA from subwofer output to achieve full potential and Dolby LFE using Denon X2000
Just asking because the Polk appears to have R\L RCA line in jack the Bic only has single subwoofer RCA input

For under $300, the BIC PL-200 would be my choice. $259 on Amazon.

While dual Dayton SUB 1200s could help to smooth the in room response, I'd go with the better sub knowing that you could get another later on as a future upgrade

Ended up ordering the Bic F12 for $184 shipped. Went back and forth between that and Polk and plenty of people saying both are good.

Just to followup on my post:
Anyone know Which is better out of these 3?
Polk Audio PSW505 $220 (Shipped and Taxes)
BIC America F12 $197(Shipped and Taxes)
BIC PL-200 $259 (Shipped and Taxes)

I currently have the Polk and F12 at home (Still in return period). The Bic F12 hits bit harder than the Polk but the Polk sounds a little cleaner and more refined. Would the Pl-200 be better than the Polk 505? Is it worth the extra $39 to return the others an

^^ BIC uses butyl rubber surrounds in much of their speakers and subwoofers. It takes a bit longer for the BIC to loosen up and begin producing to spec (I've owned two and both took a good couple of weeks before they began satisfying me). Make your decision then.

Did you have any issues with Odor on your F12. It has a very chemical, rubber smelly that just won't go away. Have let it air out for bit in separate room but it hits you like bricks when you walk into that room.

I didn't have the F12. I had the V1220 and V1020 and don't remember a smell. If it doesn't go away by the time for you to make a decision, I'd send it back.

Ened up purchasing the BIC Pl-200 also lol so I will have all 3 to compare. I like the 8 Year warranty and 5 years on AMP. Also has wider spectrem than the POLK.

Purchased from Authorized dealer on eBay and used a 10% off coupon code
CSAVENOW - US $25.90 off applied
Discounts - $25.90
Shipping FREE
Subtotal (1 item) $259.00
Total $233.10

Making it much closer to the price of the Polk PSW505
