dual sub and audyssey xt32 question

A few questions. BTW, I have a marat 7008 avr.

1. Do I need to change sub phase or will audyssey take care of it for me?

2. If I adjust trim, can I just change each sub equal amounts. For instance, 75db initial calibration was -11 and -7db. Can I adjust my trim to -6 and -2 db? My avr trim was set for -6 and -3.5db respectively.

Thanks
