I have an Atlantic Technology 372-PBM subwoofer I've used for 6 months and it started rattling during explosion level noises. It looks physically intact.

Before I get into set up specifics, has anyone ehard of such problems with this sub? Is there a quick fix?

The screws seem tight.

The sub stopped rattling but became silent. All connections intact.

Few days later, the sub would not power up. No lit light indicator on as before. All connections intact.

Could this be a fuse issue? Nothing else in the users' manual troubleshooting guide that seems relevant. All connections intact.

HELP!

If the unit started rattling on the loudest levels, and now won't produce any bass at all...that might indicate a driver motor failure of some sort(probably an issue with the voice coil). If you purchased it locally, might be time to take it in for a check up.

Hopefully the webstore has good customer service...they could probably spend a few minutes with you trouble shooting...and thend just arrange for a new driver to be shipped to you. In most cases, you'll just spend 10-15 minutes installing it yourself.
