Finally purchased my first SVS sub tonight. Was browsing the website and noticed a PC12-Plus - Outlet available so I went ahead and ordered since they seem to go fairly quickly. Will be replacing a PSA XV15 that will be moved into the game room (due to WAF). Will be curious how the two compare.

I personally think we need the PC13 Ultra due to the size of the room (large open living room opened up to kitchen and dining room), but figured we could always try out the Plus first and see how it works. Don't need earth shattering bass in that room, just want it good quality sound.

Been lurking on this thread for quite some time. Glad I get to finally check out an SVS sub in person

I'm kicking around the idea that my PC12+ needs a sibling. Right now I'm thinking that sometime during 2015 (I turn 30 in June, so maybe then) I may add a second sub. Thoughts on how my PC12+ would play with an Ultra? My theater is only 11 X 12, but I plan on moving in the next year or two and would likely have a better dedicated option at that point.

I may still ultimately go for either another PC12+ or maybe even a PC2000, but for now dreams of an Ultra is fun.

AVR: Denon 2112
Speakers: EMP Tek e55ti, Center- EMP Tek e56ci, Side Surrounds- EMP Tek e55wi, Rear Surrounds- SVS Prime Satellites, Sub- SVS PC12 Plus

Blu-Ray Player: Sony BDP S6200;
Playstation 4, Apple TV, Harmony Remote

The PC12+ is a hell of a sub. Mine was the single best purchase I've made for my theater. Enjoy!

Was looking at the pc12+ in the outlet section too Aggie...but decided on the pc-2000 instead.

I love my dual PC-12Pluses they are best friends for sure and the best purchase that I made for my HT with RF-82II and RC-62II.

Two PC12-Plus's will out-perform a single PC13-Ultra.

A Plus and and Ultra will play fine together. Just need to dial down the Ultra.

Gentlemen......

A couple weeks ago i posted how i had just bought a sb-2000 and while i was perfectly happy with it i still wondered what the pb-2000 would sound like. After a couple people on here guided me i went on and got the pb-2000. HOLY ****IN **** this thing is amazing. Movies are awesome to the point where prior to the pb i had about 65 blu rays now in roughly just a months span i have 275. My wife hates you all by the way lol. Music isnt no slouch either. I still slightly prefer the sb-2000 for music but the difference for movies makes me forget all about that. Now im looking to get another pb-2000 or go higher up in the line. I fear i may not stop until i have an ultra.

Night or day. Heaven or hell. Happy or depressed. Full or empty.

SB's to PB's (or PC's) can be like this for movies.

If you do go up the food chain, you'll have the ability to have both a sealed sub or a ported sub (at two different freqs).

I wonder what would happen if I ran a sealed Ultra and my plus in the 16hz tune. It would ramp down the Ultra a bit and would get me deeper extension then my single plus can provide.
