Got the new PB-2000 all hooked up and dialed in today. I now know why I did this... Having the match pairing of PB-2000's has taken what was previously very good (PB-1000/2000) to exceptional. I am currently watching Oblivion and with these two working together it produces more of everything... An all encompassing experience that has me very pleased with this upgrade.

Damn I love SVS subs!

I'm installing the floors in the basement tomorrow... We're going with laminate.. There will be an area rug in between the front stage and the mlp. My pb1000 will be sitting on the laminate. Do I need to put a small carpet under it? New feet?

Thanks for the advice

Thanks for the recommendation! So Amazon.ca has it for close to $200 shipped. HA! We get so gouged here in Canada. Thankfully long and Mcqaude is a authorized distributor and they have it for $65 shipped.

Oh man! I have the original subdude and it does a great job absorbing vibration on my hardwood floors.

Very nice. I just rewatched Oblivion last night, the LFE in that movie is incredible, especially with dual PB-2000's. I watched it for the first time utilizing the DSU upmixing on my Marantz and was blown away. I am finding I won't watch anything, even streaming content, without utilizing DSU, it certainly sounds amazing.

Epson 5030ub, Marantz 7009, Emotiva XPA-5, Oppo 103, SVS Prime Towers, Center, Satellites x 8, SVS PB-2000 x 2, VApex 100" standard electric, PS3, wife, 2 kids, dog
