Guys let me tell you. I just finished watching The Incredible Hulk and the bass in that movie is something I've never experienced in my home theater. I had pictures vibrating off the walls, DVD and BRs falling off the shelf and two of my friends grinning from ear to ear at every bass intensive scene. AMAZING REFERENCE ALL THE WAY.

What about Matrix Revolutions. I would be curious about some of those scenes. I am sure that the final attack in Zion has some great stuff. I know I remember seeing some charts of the last fight with Smith with water bubbles that seemed pretty low. Maybe I need to pick up The Incredible Hulk.

It ain't easy being green.

If Target thinks I'm paying $30 for the Hulk Blu-Ray they are nuts.

Why don't they just honor their online price of $25...

Stores are so dumb these days.

I have the H100 and I was afraid to turn it really loud with the Incredible Hulk Blu-ray. I played it way below what I normally watch movies at and this DTS track has extreme dynamics. The 50 Cal scene is amazing. It has crazy Bass. I have to watch it when the kid isn't asleep.

Movie of the week!

Well, I haven't seen it on BD yet (just in theaters). The one scene in particular that I thought had the best bass was towards the end of the movie when the helicopter crashes. Seemed pretty deep there. If anyone does a waterfall for Incredible Hulk, that's the part I would like to see plotted.

Just finished watching the Incredible Hulk myself. This is a great bass movie. Another scene that was awesome was when they fired those 2 canons at the college. Even when firing tranquilizer guns it would hit you in the chest. Excellent, will be a new demo movie for me. I liked the bass better than Iron Man for sure. Very dynamic sound track.

I'm trying to test out my H-100 which I just got last week (along w/ SR606 & other goodies)

I have these HD-DVDS:

- 300
- matrix trilogoy
- riddick
- u571
- sands of iowa jima
- sky captain
- happy feet

Which should I start with? It looks like 300, u571 & riddick are at the top of the BASS list.

Brad, take this for what it is worth. I have a movie night every Tuesday night and the same guys come over. They all have watched WOTW, Cloverfield, Transformers, Iron man, LOTR(all of them), etc... After watching The Incredible Hulk they were all smiles and said it was awesome. I bought it for $26 on bluray, worth it to me. I enjoyed the movie as well. The Incredible Hulk was always one of my favorites as a kid and they did it right this time.

I'd definitely pay 34.99 for it if I had to. The audio on this movie is what uncompressed is all about. Also If you pick it up at best buy they give you a really cool lithograph with a cardboard frame that has "the incredible hulk" embossed in gold. Not to mention all the extras, digital copy and BDlive. Well worth it's price of twenty seven bucks.

Well as long as the movie is good I don't mind it. After the last HULK with Eric Banana I wanted to cry. I loved the Hulk as a kid with big LOU and the first Hulk was horrible.

I just hope this one is better and does the hulk more justice!

Incase ya'll do not browse the blu-ray special buys section if you go to the Magnolia section at a bestbuy and take a demo (takes like 5 minutes), ask them for the $10 coupon off a blu-ray (Expires 11/1). I did this and picked up incredible hulk for $16.99.

Now that I watched it I must say it has the best audio I have heard in a movie. Every footstep in the final battle felt like they were running through my house. It was awesome!

The Hulk delivers stunning BASS. I was so excited by it that I broke down and registered after a year or so of lurking just to share in the enthusiasm. hoo ra

Incidentally, my PS3 hooked to a Rotel 1068 only provides vanilla DTS. If DTS MA sounds better than what I heard last night, I would've been soaked in drool by the end of the movie.

From what I hear depending upon the movie the experience may only be 5-10% better. Any improvement is nice, but if you have other areas where you can upgrade your sound (better speakers most notably) you'll end up getting more sound for your dollar than adding new electronics in the same quality category as your Rotel.

My 2 cents of course.

I need to go buy this movie everyone keeps talking about

What makes The Incredible Hulk great is that the bass is in all the right places. Gun shots hit you in the chest, big foot stomps will be felt, etc.... There are subtle bass scenes and very loud ones. Just makes for a great and exciting experience. You almost leave the room sweating. As you can tell I liked the Movie alot.

That's good to hear. I hate it when you are watching a big action flick and you see these scenes that should have bass but don't. Always feels way off in those cases. Revenge of the Sith comes to mind as does a few others.

Guess I should look into getting this one.
